Viewing Reserved, Ordered, and Available Hours
Work Days – Number of active production days in the selected window
Total Capacity – Calculated as hours per day × work days
Reserved Hours (Red) – Capacity allocated to scheduled work or operations that are down due to operator availability, maintenance, etc.
Ordered Hours (Blue) – Capacity tied to accepted and active orders in production
Quoted Hours (Yellow) – Capacity temporarily held for open quotes
Available Hours (Green) – Remaining capacity that can be quoted or scheduled
This visual makes it easy to identify bottlenecks or available bandwidth by operation.
Any quotes and orders being made through Parts Portal are automatically tracked in this dashboard:
Any changes made in open quotes to setup labor and machine time automatically update the dashboard
Update RFQ status to "In Production" so it can show in the "Ordered" (blue) section of the dashboard.
Update to "Complete" to ensure it falls off the dashboard
Data is accurate and customers are notified of status changes.
Reserved hours (red) can be updated in the Operations menu to manually track quotes and orders done outside the platform
Each operation shows:
To view quotes and order associated with an operation (for example, Laser, Press Brake, or Tube Bending, etc.) and its capacity usage, scroll through the cards. Each card entry displays:
RFQ or order number
Estimated hours
Customer name
Part count and quantities
Quote value and Unit cost
Estimated delivery date range
Part Complexity ranking
Arrow button taking you to view full quote order details
You can also search by operation or quote number to quickly locate specific work.
