1. Locate the Invite Email
Open your inbox and look for a message from [email protected]
Follow the link to Set Password
To ensure you receive this invitation and future communications, add the domain @custompartsportal.com to your safe sender list.
2. Set Up Your Password
Click the link in the email to open the set password page. Note: This link will expire after 24 hours. Click on “Request a new one” on the Setup Your Password Screen if more than 24 hours have passed to get a new link.
Enter your new and secure password. Password requirements include: At least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character.
Click “Set Password” to complete the setup.
🔒 Tip: As you type, your password will be hidden for security. If you want to double-check what you’ve entered, click the eye icon to reveal the password before submitting.
3. Log In For the First Time
Once your account is created, you will automatically be redirected to: https://customer.custompartsportal.com/login. Use your email and newly created password to login.
