Initial Account Setup

This section will walk you through how to accept your Parts Portal email invite and log in for the first time.

1. Locate the Invite Email

  • Open your inbox and look for a message from [email protected]

  • Follow the link to Set Password

  • To ensure you receive this invitation and future communications, add the domain @custompartsportal.com to your safe sender list.

2. Set Up Your Password

  • Click the link in the email to open the set password page. Note: This link will expire after 24 hours. Click on “Request a new one” on the Setup Your Password Screen if more than 24 hours have passed to get a new link.

  • Enter your new and secure password. Password requirements include: At least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character.

  • Click “Set Password” to complete the setup.

🔒 Tip: As you type, your password will be hidden for security. If you want to double-check what you’ve entered, click the eye icon to reveal the password before submitting.

3. Log In For the First Time

  • After logging in, you’ll land on your dashboard, where you can start exploring the platform.
