1. Locate the Invite Email
Open your inbox and look for a message from [email protected]
Follow the link to Set Password
To ensure you receive this invitation and future communications, add the domain @mg.custompartsportal.com to your safe sender list.

2. Set Up Your Profile
Click the link in the email to open the set up your profile page. Note: This link will expire after 24 hours.
3. Set up your password
Enter your new and secure password. Password requirements include: At least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character.
Click “Set Password” to complete the setup.
Tip: As you type, your password will be hidden for security. If you want to double-check what you’ve entered, click the eye icon to reveal the password before submitting.

5. Log In For the First Time
Once you get to Step 4 of setting up your profile, you will see a button that says "Go to Dashboard". Click that button and it will automatically land you on your dashboard where you can start exploring the platform.
