On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email and click “Send Reset Link”. Note: This link will expire after 5 minutes. Click on “Request a new one” on the Reset Password Screen if more than 5 minutes have passed to get a new link.
You will receive the an email from [email protected]. Click the “Set Password” link to change to password and log back in.
Enter your new and secure password and click “Set Password” to save. Password requirements include: At least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character.
Once your password is reset, you will automatically be redirected to: https://customer.custompartsportal.com/login.
Use your email and newly created password to login.
