Managing Your Profile Information

Your Profile Information section allows you to view and update your account details, contact information, and company information – ensuring everything tied to your Parts Portal account is accurate and up-to-date.

  1. How to Access Your Profile

    • Click on your name in the top-right corner and from the drop down select “My Profile.”

    • You’ll then be taken to your Profile Information page, where you can make your updates.

  2. Edit Profile

    This section lets you view and manage your basic account details.

  • Name - Displays the name associated with your account.

    • 💡Note: To update your name, click “Edit Profile” and make the desired changes, then click Update Profile.

  • Email - Your login email address (cannot be changed from this page)

  • Role - Your assigned user role (e.g., Manager or User)

    • 💡Note: To change your Role, you will need to reach out to Parts Portal: [email protected] ,

      or will need another manager level user to make the changes.

3. Additional Information (This section only appears for users with Manager role access)

Make sure to click “Edit Details” before updating any company-related

information and key contact fields.

  • Company Name - Your organization's name associated with the account.

  • Phone Number - Add or update your best business contact number.

  • Shipping Address - Ensure this is an accurate for order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Billing Address - Enter or update billing details for invoices and payment records.
