Requirements for Customer Instant Pricing
Customer Instant Pricing is available only when all of the following conditions are met:
Instant Pricing is enabled in your vendor account configuration settings.
You actively work with a material supplier.
Your API connection is successfully configured.
If any of these requirements are not met, customers will not be able to access Instant Pricing.
Automatic Alro Price Updates
To help keep pricing accurate, the system automatically refreshes Alro material pricing daily.
How it Works
Open quotes that do not have manually entered pricing will automatically update with the latest Alro pricing.
Updates occur daily at 2:00 AM.
Important Notes
If pricing is manually entered, it will not be overwritten.
Quotes that have already been submitted are not affected.
This helps ensure your quotes reflect current supplier costs without requiring manual updates.
