To re-quote an existing part:
Navigate to Quote Orders > Quote Orders Tab.
Locate the part you want to re-quote. You can re-quote an existing part only if that quote was accepted.
In the top right hand corner, click the Reorder Part
icon.
Select the vendor you used for your previous part.
Select the part number you need re-quoted.
The form will pre-fill with existing part information. Update only what’s changed, such as quantity or your Requested Delivery Week.
If updating your lead time, select your new acceptable delivery dates or choose "Flexible."
Click Submit Request.
The re-quoted RFQ will follow the same approval process as a new part request.
💡Tip: Re-quoting is ideal for parts requiring only small updates or refreshed pricing.
Enabling Instant Pricing
Vendors can turn Instant Pricing on or off for all customers. When Instant Pricing is disabled for customers, they will not see instant price estimates and must submit a quote request to you to obtain a price.
Requirements for Customer Instant Pricing

Customer Instant Pricing is available only when all of the following conditions are met:
Instant Pricing is enabled in your vendor account configuration settings.
You actively work with a material supplier that connects with Parts Portal via API.
Your API connection is successfully configured.
The material supplier carries the material in the quote
If any of these requirements are not met, customers will see "N/A" under the price columns and will need to click "Submit Request". This will generate a request to you and you can issue the quote manually.

Automatic Price Updates
To help keep pricing accurate, the system automatically refreshes the material pricing daily.
Open quotes that do not have manually entered pricing will automatically update with the latest material pricing.
Updates occur daily at 2:00 AM.
If material pricing is manually entered, it will not be overwritten.
Quotes that have already been issued are not affected.
This helps ensure your quotes reflect current supplier costs without requiring manual updates.
