Discount Management

The Discount Management section allows vendors to create, manage, and apply promotional discount codes to quotes. Discounts can be time-based, operation-specific, and limited to selected customers.

Discount Dashboard Overview

Navigate to Discount Management to view all existing discounts and promotions.

This page provides a searchable, sortable list of discount codes.

The dashboard displays:

  • Discount Name – Internal name used for identification

  • Discount Code – Code applied to quotes

  • Start Date – When the discount becomes active

  • Expiration Date – When the discount expires

  • Status – Active or inactive

Use the search bar to quickly locate a discount by name or code. Pagination controls allow you to manage longer lists.

Editing an Existing Discount

Select Edit from the Actions column to update an existing discount. From the Update Discount screen, vendors can modify all discount settings.

Discount Information

  • Discount Name – Update the internal discount name

  • Discount Code – Edit the code customers will use

  • Start Date – Adjust when the discount begins

  • Expiration Date – Adjust when the discount ends

  • Discount Type – Percentage-based discounts

  • Discount Percentage – Percentage applied to eligible quotes

  • Operation Threshold (Hours) – Minimum operation hours required for the discount to apply

Operations

Select which operations the discount applies to. Only included operations will receive the discount when threshold requirements are met.

Customers

Assign the discount to specific customers. Only selected customers will be eligible to use the discount code.

Select Update to save changes or Cancel to discard them.

Adding a New Discount

To create a new promotion, select Add Discount from the Discount Management page. The setup process is completed in guided steps.

Step 1: Information

Enter the basic discount details:

  • Discount Name – Internal reference name

  • Discount Code – Code customers will enter

  • Start Date – Discount start date

  • Expiration Date – Discount end date

  • Discount Type – Percentage

  • Discount Percentage – Discount value

  • Operation Threshold (Hours) – Minimum hours required for eligibility

Step 2: Operation Selection

Choose which operations the discount applies to. Only selected operations will be evaluated against the threshold. After dragging and dropping your operations, make sure to select your customers below.

Step 3: Review

Review all discount settings, selected operations, and assigned customers. Confirm accuracy before saving.

Select Save & Notify Customers to continue or Cancel to exit without saving.

How Discounts Are Applied

Discounts are automatically applied to eligible quotes when:

  • The quote falls within the active date range

  • The customer is included in the discount

  • The selected operations meet or exceed the defined hour threshold

This ensures promotions are applied consistently and according to your pricing strategy.
