"I never got a registration email"
New accounts are set up by our support team, who sends a registration link to the email address on file.
Check spam/junk folders — registration emails sometimes get filtered.
Confirm we have the right email on file. If your work email changed, or support has an outdated address, the email went somewhere you can't see it. Contact support to confirm or update the email on your account.
Ask support to resend the link if it's been a few minutes and nothing has arrived.
"My registration link says it's expired"
Registration links are only valid for 24 hours after they're sent. If you didn't complete setup in time, the link will no longer work.
Fix: Contact support and ask for a new registration link to be issued.
"I'm entering my password but it says my login is incorrect"
This is almost always one of the following:
Wrong URL. Registration and login use different pages. Make sure you're on the Customer Login Page — not the original registration link, which stops working after setup.
Email mismatch. Your username is the email address registered in our system. If you're typing in a different (even similar) email — a personal address instead of work, or a typo'd domain — login will fail. If you're not sure which email is on file, contact support.
Typo in password. Passwords are case-sensitive. Double-check caps lock isn't on.
"I forgot my password"
Click Reset Password on the login screen and follow the prompts. You'll receive a reset link at the email address on file — so if you don't receive it, see the "never got an email" section above.
"I need to log in with a different email address"
You can't update your login email yourself — this has to be changed on our end.
Fix: Contact support at [email protected] to get your account updated.
"My account seems locked / I've tried everything above"
If none of the above resolves it, don't keep guessing at passwords — reach out directly so we can check your account status. A screenshot or short screen recording of what you're seeing helps us diagnose the issue faster.
