If you are not receiving important emails from Parts Portal, such as account setup quotes, order confirmations, etc., your email provider may be filtering them into spam. To ensure delivery, you can whitelist our sending domain (@custompartsportal.com) by adding it to your Safe Senders List or Allowlist.
Follow the steps below for your email provider. Please note, your IT administrator may need to assist if your organization has strict email filtering policies.

Open Outlook.
Select Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
Go to the Safe Senders tab.
Click Add.
Enter the domain

Check Blocked Senders and remove any Parts Portal addresses or domains.
Ensure “Also trust email from my Contacts” is checked.

Create a Filter
Click Settings → More settings.
Select Filters → Add new filters.

Set Inbox as the destination folder.
