Accessing Your RFQs
From the top navigation bar, click the Quote Orders.
You'll land on the RFQs tab by default.
The table displays detailed quote and order information across the following columns:
RFQ Number (1) – The system-assigned reference number for each quote/order.
Part Number (2) – Your part identifier(s) associated with the quote/order.
Quantity (3) – Total number of units requested.
Vendor (4) – The supplier who provided the quote.
Order Date (5) – The date the quote request was first created.
Status (6) – Displays the current progress of the quote or order, see definitions below.
Actions (7) – Allows you to view details, approve, or reject a quote.
Each row represents a quote request with statuses of:
Status | Description |
Approval Pending | The RFQ has been submitted and is waiting for manager approval. |
Rejected by Manager | The RFQ was reviewed and rejected by the manager with no option to revise. |
Needs Revision | The manager requested edits; the RFQ must be updated and resubmitted for approval. |
Under Vendor Review | The RFQ has been approved internally and sent to the vendor for evaluation. |
Vendor Rejected | The vendor reviewed the RFQ and declined to quote. |
Using the Search Bar
The search bar helps you find specific quotes or orders by RFQ number, part number, or Vendor.
To quickly locate a specific quote:
Click inside the Search bar near the top of the page.
Type any keyword – such as an RFQ number, part number, or vendor name.
Use the Status dropdown to narrow results by status.
Use the Calendar filter to narrow by the date the quote request was created.
To clear the filter, use the reset button.
Results that include your keyword will automatically appear in the table.
💡Tip: You don’t need to enter the full number or name – partial matches will also display relevant results.
