When Can I Change Quantity Pricing?

You can manage quantity pricing options when your quote is in any of these statuses:

  • Under Vendor Review

  • Quote Issued

  • Awaiting Manager Review

  • Needs Revision

How to Manage Quantity Pricing

  1. Open the quote you want to update.

  2. Navigate to the Quantity Pricing tab or open the quote's edit view, depending on the quote status.

  3. Add a quantity: Add a new quantity option to compare pricing at a different order volume.

  4. Edit a quantity: Update an existing quantity option to explore a different order volume.

  5. Remove a quantity: Delete a quantity option you no longer need.

  6. Review the updated unit prices and subtotals. These will calculate automatically when instant pricing is available.

  7. Click Save to save your changes when using the Quantity Pricing tab.

What Happens to My Pricing?

  • Unit prices and subtotals update automatically when instant pricing is available.

  • You can compare different quantities to see how pricing changes with order volume.

  • When a quote is marked Needs Revision, you can adjust quantities in the edit flow before resubmitting the quote.

  • Changes made to quantity options do not automatically mean your quote has been approved or finalized.

Note: Available actions depend on the quote's current status and the view you are using. Review your changes before saving or resubmitting your quote.
